Dr Karnes is a Great doctor. I did a no sedation colonoscopy. He talked with me before the colonoscopy and made me feel very comfortable. During the colonoscopy he let me watch the live video and talked to me about what he was looking for and let me know what I was seeing on the screen. The entire staff from the front desk to the very end was 100% professional and helpful. A 10 star experience
