I’ve been seeing Dr. Melby and Dr. McLean for over 7 years now, and the level of care is outstanding. I switched to them after a previous dentist pushed an expensive "deep cleaning" that I didn’t actually need. Since moving my care here, I haven’t been billed a dime over my insurance coverage for cleanings, saving me over $1,800 so far. Dr. McLean is incredibly thorough, going tooth-by-tooth to explain everything. I gladly drive 60 miles for this level of honesty and expertise—it’s well worth the trip!

My teen daughter was quoted by a Westside dentist that she needed 8 cavities. She has a terrible fear of needles. Dr. Melby saw her, did 2 fillings and 1 sealant. My daughter came out without anything bad to say and my bill was under $200. That says a lot about Dr. Melby's ability. Dentists are like auto mechanics in that one guy can charge you twice what the other one does, and do poorer work. I highly recommend anyone to give him a try, even if you need to drive 30 minutes. It's worth it.
Dr. Melby and his dental hygienist Jill were great. My son is very sensitive to having his mouth touched and they were both very patient with him.
