Dr. Goldkamp is the best GI specialist that I have ever seen! My issues are very complex and he never disappoints when it comes to my care and follow ups! I recently had a test done and he was out of the office, he took time out of his day to call me and go over the results immediately and anytime I am having an issue between visits with him he emails or calls me the same day or Jen will email or call me back with his recommendations! Contacted Dr. Goldcamps office in regards to an on going medical problem i have. I usually deal with nurse Debbie. She knows my records and is responsive to my needs. This time i dealt with someone one named Gen.She was very flip with me. Instead of reading over my records to know my history,she reminded me several times about missed appointments and asking questions that she should have known the answer before asking them. Doctor and staff were professional. He was kind and respectful. However, I was told that they would submit proper codes to insurance for coverage. I was never informed that the colonoscopy and related services would be over $6000, or that my out of pocket would be $2300. I will not have this procedure with Dr. Goldkamp or any other provider in the future!
