We undertook a complete renovation of a very run-down house. There was a heritage overlay that meant we had to maintain the original profile/look of the front of the house. This required a complicated rebuilding of the framing and custom forming of the roofing sheets and flashings for the front verandah. UPDATE – 18 July 2025 Kel’s licence now shows active, but don’t be misled. The Building & Plumbing Commission has referred him to investigations over an insurance lapse and failure to notify the regulator.
