Dr. Cook was very kind and sweet talk about what is going to happened during the Mohn Surgery, all the nurses and staff were caring and kind and i walk out with getting everything out and fix. Thank you for everything Jaime Agnes.
Dr. Cook did a cheek graft over basal cell carcinoma on my nose. Process was 15 months from start to end but he did a beautiful job on my face. Almost cannot even tell I had such a large scar. So grateful for his help, skill and concern.

I have a pretty negative review. My father, in his late 70’s, saw Dr Cook today and the doctor and his staff were quite rude to my parents. The doctor told my dad about 2 weeks ago that the wound on his head looks really bad and so they squeezed him in a few days later for a cat scan. We were greatful for this. About 4-5 days went by and they and the doctor played phone tag during that time.
