6 months ago I had a routine cleaning at the office opening time of 8am. The office was locked and the lights were off. They arrived about 15 minutes late and let multiple patients in who were waiting. At my most recent appointment, I arrived just before my appointment time of 1:30pm to a locked door. I had multiple text confirmations of the date and time. When I knocked on the door, I got another confirmation for 2:30. I've been here a couple times wasn't impressed. Never did call back.
Place is filthy, very untimely, emplyees have no experience. I went to Dr.Vigneaux for 35 years never had a problem. In less than 6 mo’s had many rediculous issues. Took a month to get a crown after calling many times they had someone go pick it up, fell off after 1 day had to have it redone. Called me at home one day and asked if I could come in early which I did . When I got there , there were no patients waited 10 min took me back In 20 min. min a doctor who I had never seen before showed up he was sweating badly I asked ... read more
