The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a stem for my bathroom faucet and all I had was a picture. I showed a gentleman my picture and he knew exactly what piece I needed. These guys are honest and knowledgeable. If there is a simple fix they will give you that instead of trying to sell you the whole fixture. If you are looking for antique plumbing parts it doesn't get any better than these guys.

They also have the experience to give you a 'heads up' on the tricks of the trade so that you can do a correct installation/deinstallation of the plumbing fixture.
