Do not go to him! They will charge you $1800 plus your office visit. Talk about highway robbery. Even if you do have insurance, that $1800 will still be charged to your account. Dr. Phelan and his staff are like family. He was there when I was having a life crisis; I was able to see him within hours of my call. He takes time to listen and answer questions. Dr. Phelan "tells it like it is" - I like that! I need to know what the problem is so I can "deal". God bless ya'll!!!
