I was prosecuted for "interfering" with the enforcement of a law that didn't exist. A non codified policy. All maze had to do was file a simple suppression motion and that would have ended the case before it began but he of course wanted to maximize The profit so he decided to demand a jury trial even though the prosecution failed to even established probable cause from the inception of the prosecution. Sad, I wanted it to work out but the all mighty dolla is King.

In my experience, he did not fight like I needed him to, did not communicate well, and I felt abandoned in court. I ended up firing him. For me, the $5,500 I paid was a waste of money. I believed my case was very winnable, and I felt he had no real answers or strategy. As a disabled veteran with an immigrant wife, I personally found his attitude toward us petty and rude. Overall, not a good experience.

I was not impressed one bit with how he handled my husband's case. I wish I would have hired anybody else but him.
