Please reference Google reviews for Marc Rutenberg homes on background of non-payment. Bill Kimpton represents Marc Rutenberg in my experience. Why would an attorney represent a business owner who routinely fails to pay their bills? Why would this attorney be willing to involve themselves in this charade? It seems the only motivation is money. Marc Rutenberg owed Burgess Civil $300K for completed work for a 6+ Month period.
