Dr.Hagerty is so down to earth, shows compassion & really cares. I needed 2 root canals and he did the job right with a smile on his face. Im so grateful I found this office. Thank you so much Dr. HAGERTY AND STAFF!

I’ve had a crown and a few cleanings here, and I was generally satisfied with the dental work. However, I ended up leaving my fourth appointment after waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled time. My main disappointment was the lack of communication; no one informed me of the delay or checked in during the wait. Furthermore, when an office is that far behind, it makes me concerned that the actual dental procedures might be rushed to catch up. I’d love to see better respect for patient scheduling moving forward.

Only issue is you can't get in every 6 months for your cleanings. You get in about every 9 months. Also sometimes the doctor isn't doing your filling/bridges etc. A dental assistant did mine and the doctor checked them. Unnerving when you're not expecting it, but they did a great job.

Samantha on the phone. Are you accepting new patients? She says yes.I say I would like to know what you're accepting Aetna Medicare advantage. She paraphrased itI believe so. Not with accuracy. I wanted to question but I left it alone. Before I even got the thought finish she says Medicare Advantage plan. I paused, As she repeated it correctly and then she repeated Aetna Medicare Advantage plan. I says yes.
