This man is a thief with a license . I hired him in January for a personnel matter . At first he was very responsive then as time went by it was excuse after excuse after excuse . False promises of completion dates . Then in early June he stopped contacting me . I requested my money back so I can seek other counsel with no reply . I ended up getting another lawyer . Hired Mr Costello for a simple business matter in December 2020, was to submit paperwork to courts from hearing in January 2021, as of today it still hasnt been submitted??? Doesn't answer emails and phone calls, voicemail is full! Im coming to believe he is a crook!! Don't accept a case if you cant handle it !

Mr. Costello was paid to get me a very simple uncontested divorce and in March of this year I received my final papers in the mail only to notice that my ex-husbands middle initial is wrong. I tried removing my ex from my bank accounts, but I was told it can't be done until the name on the divorce papers match their bank records. IvI' contacted Mr. Costello many times and every time I was promised this was a easy fix and would be corrected asap. Here it is July and the lawyer who got his money has done nothing.
