Dr. Claiborne is an excellent, experienced periodontist--when I first came to him, 6 years ago, he was attentive, careful and always accurate with his advice. His staff was polite, friendly, responsive. However, in the past year, I have noticed a deterioration in the service and the doctor's ability to focus on the patient's issues. When I questioned him about it, he exclaimed that "everyone was like this--too many people moving to Asheville."
