How unprofessional and rude staff they have , don’t even know how to take blood sample properly, The lab assistant literally shoved my sleeve so hard that the bandage came off and blood began to seep into my clothing.
I know hospital staff are short staffed and over worked but my experience of this health care center I one of the worst I have ever experanced the nurse at the emergency check was so unhelpful and even called security for why I do not know.. disgusting behaviour from supposedly a caring professional
These doctors and nurses have been stepping up their game. They were on the ball this time. Although when you first get there you have to go to emerge from the front and check in, then go back to the front and answer a few questions then go back to emerge and go through triage. Seems kind of messy to me. & alot of walking for very ill people.
Thanks for everyone's who works here and help people. I visited this clinic accidentally but I have so good service, and pretty fast (compared to Edmonton)
