Recently had the displeasure of the Emergency Room. Came in as a patient to be treated and had concerns. Asked to speak to the head of the Emergency Department. Was told of a supposed director named Susan Rose. This Susan Rose refused to offer assistance as she was “non clinical “. INGALLS HOW DO YOU HAVE A DIRECTOR OF A DEPARTMENT THAT IS NOT CLINICAL. Clean & outdoors areas are beautiful waiting rooms nice and staff is great, had gone to cafeteria and morning chef at grill greats everyone and makes there day… all in all staff encounters were nice and friendly. Medical doctors & staff very nice and attentive to needs
I took a relative to a scheduled appointment with a doctor. The best experience is the care, knowledge, and patience doctors have and give to their patients. The worst is the path the them. The wait to see a doctor is extremely LONG at the clinic. The doctor gave a referral to get an X-Ray at the hospital. The receptionists in radiology are unfriendly. The worst ever....Im came in with a ear infection. I've asked for a warm blanket for 30 mins and still haven't recieved one. How long does it take to grab a blanket? It's always us.
