I was told I need surgery and given no other options. After researching I went to them and said "maybe i should do a nerve block" to make sure the diagnosis is correct. Turns out it wasn't! Not only did he try getting me to do surgery when it wasn't needed, he had the audacity to charge me for two separate appointments due to his negligence in not recommending a nerve block in the first place. Dr. Hutchison is great. He is clearly an all-star and is as best as they come. However, the front desk person can sure use some training in the areas of proper etiquettes. Dr. Hutchison is clearly a Bentley-caliber doctor. I still would go to him any day. It is a privilege.
