Way too many people SMOKING inside the building!! Yes, it’s a NO SMOKING building. My Service Dog Finn liked the balcony. The view was Pretty. Lots of Beautiful Sunshine in the morning. The apartments were ok but Very old and needed updating. Needs Much Better Management! All, of LYCOMING COUNTY HOUSING needs an OVERHAUL! NO SMOKING BUILDINGS NEED TO BE ENFORCED!!
