I've been to spas before. This is no spa. I checked in and was offered a robe. Of course I accepted. Then I was sat in the PUBLIC waiting room in front of the front door. I waited 20 min for my facial. Basic. I asked the "aesthetician" about ingredients and she literally told me to take a pic of the product out front for sale. Pedis were basic. So disappointed for $63. I spent $250 on a 30.min facial and 2 pedis. Total ripoff.
I felt well taken care of from arriving to leaving. Marla did a fantastic job with my facial. It was relaxing, but also fun, as she is easy to converse with! Definitely will be returning!
My group and I attended a Pilates class lead by Christina and when I say her energy and patience with all of us beginners was so amazing I truly mean it. From start to the ending tour of the beautiful spa she was extremely detailed and made us all feel welcomed. We will 100% be coming back to see Christina. Thank you!
Nice atmosphere, good service. Gone a few times for a standard massage. No complaints from booking, to the rooms, to the service itself.
In Belmont for a girls week with my daughter and decided to go to William Henry Spa for the first time. I got a facial and my daughter got a massage. Both were firsts for us and what an unbelievable experience!!!! So classy and relaxing and Marla and Naomi were absolutely amazing. The glass of champagne was a lovely surprise after my facial! I would recommend this place to anyone going to Belmont! Thank you!!
