Bill is as knowledgeable and experienced as most of the doctors. His caring bedside manner is second to none. It is obvious he wants only the best for his patients.
Mr. Bill Heisel is the best PA , I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His bedside manner is impeccable and his practice is exceptional. His knowledge of anatomy is so specific, you barely need an anesthetic. I can’t say enough good things about Bill & OrthoCarolina. He has single-handedly relieved me of my chronic knee pain, where others told me there were no treatments available. He is an amazing clinician, and no matter how busy he is, he always takes time to talk to me & gets to know me as a person, not just a medical diagnosis. If you need an ortho guy, you cannot go wrong with Bill.
Bill is very knowledgeable in orthopedics. He takes time, listens, and asks questions to understand you problem/injury. He is definitely an asset to the Orthocarolina family. You can’t go wrong in asking for an appointment with him to evaluate and treat you, whatever the injury/problem.
