Front desk staff is mostly lazy and doesn't pay attention. Their time management skills are HORRENDOUS. Best be prepared to wait an hour AFTER your appointment time to even get taken back. They love shoving people in exam rooms and forgetting about them. I've nearly been locked in the office overnight before.
