He basically saved my life, being a bit baffled by my condition, Dr. Turney refused to give up on finding out what was wrong and Lord if he hadn't, I wouldn't be here. Certainly recommend him as a surgeon. Even more so, he is probably the most charismatic doctor I've had so far.
Just learned that Dr.Turney retired, I tell you this the health/surgeon field said goodbye to a good one this time, (or bye for now). He was the greatest!
Dr. Turney takes took a lot of time on both of my visits with me . He explained in detail the research he did on my issue and the reason why he wanted to do the surgery in the hospital instead of the office, which I felt very pleased with. He was very thoughtful and thorough throughout it all. He even called me back, himself, after the first visit like he promised, which most doctors don't do anymore. I feel very confident I am in the best hands when I have my surgery.
I have had four outpatient surgery with Dr. Turney for dialysis on my left arm I can't use my left hand. He keep telling me that it's going to get better but it hasn't. It very painful. Doesn't want to give any pain meds. He tells me one thing then it changes to something else. Now he wants cut again on my leg. Afraid if I do that I might not be able to walk. Need me another Dr.
