Dr Rossey did a reverse shoulder on me. 18 years of not sleeping I can finally sleep again and swing a golf club 5 months later. I would highly recommend him to everyone.This is my third open shoulder surgery in the past 18 years. It far exceeded my expectations

S. Sirisena is fabulous! She is the only one that has kept myself & husband to use Dr. Rossys practice. If I hadn't gotten sick before I went to another Dr. I would have never returned.However the staff is horrible. The office staff is rude, just sits around doing nothing and when I have an appointment at 9am they are just sitting in their car until 9am. I had to wait until 9:20 for my apt. I had traveled from Morris County and was there @ 8:45. ON TOP OF THAT 45 day to get blood results NEVER
Dr. Shalani is wonderful. Her bedside manner is out of this world. She takes time to talk to you and is very compassionate. However, the nursing staff is beyond horrible. I have left 6 messages on the nurse line to ask about a refill. NO ONE calls me back. I am down to 4 days of my thyroid medicine and I cannot get anyone to help me. I spoke briefly to one nurse who was beyond rude. It has forced me to change my primary.
