I had to use them due to warranty. Condensation line was never installed properly, 2 years line froze and I had no heat. Problem was never corrected and another company had to open a wall in a bedroom to properly fix it. I accidentally called them because I was told the pump was an inferior product. 12-15-24 - Message to everyone - do NOT call or use WH Metcalfe and Sons Inc in Clinton, MD for any type of work - period. Their management is horrible and irresponsible. Here's why: My home builder recommended that I call Metcalfe when I had cooling problems with the Fujitsu Split HVAC unit Metcalfe installed in our room above the garage. They had two technicians that came to our house on 9/13/24 and told me there was no freon, re-charged it, told me there was a leak somewhere but would not check where it was. My new D.R.Horton home warranty team contacted them for water leak issue on my heater unit. First person came and did nothing to identify the cause. Just vacume and clean the water leak. I did found water leak from inside unit. I sent some picture. 2nd person came to verify my picture are real. He informed me that they will place the order for part replacement.
