Dr hood is a good dr. Unfortunately some of his staff including the office manager which I believe is his wife is very unprofessional and mean and nasty on the phone I have made several appointments and when I got to the office they said your appointment is it today meanwhile I was scheduled for that day and time. Really the way I was treated by the office manager was totally unprofessional and I do not recommend that office to anyone. The Dr Hood is a good doctor I do like him

Dr. Hood the one of the best doctors I have been to. He takes as much time as needed and never appears to be rushed. He explains everything in detail, goes over all test results and answers all questions. He is very knowledgeable, most especially with medications. I highly recommend him. There are very few like him anymore.

I was treated poorly by Jill in the office. As a patient, I don't know the protocol, etc... My family had referred me, and I actually chose my insurance plan specifically to be able to go to Dr Hood. 3 weeks passed, and when I called to check progress Jill told me there was a month long wait, they couldn't help me, and she'd be happy to return my paperwork. I called back today, was told that Dr Hood said that because of my condition, they wouldn't be able to accept me. Avoid this practice.
