Very thorough physician/specialist with excellent understanding, knowledge and bedside manner. I feel confident in his work and would highly recommend Dr. William Hines to anyone needing a Nephrologist.
I choose Dr. Hines almost randomly and I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to do any paperwork, or even show an insurance card because all my data was already on the Stamford Health system. The appointment went off on time, and the doctor spent almost an hour and fifteen exclusively with me going over my medical history. The doctor was clear in discussing all my health issues, and put all my concerns to rest. I couldn't ask for a better initial visit.
One reviewer shares an unpleasant experience which is surprising. I don’t write reviews often but I felt inclined to after I read this negative review about Tamika. She is amazing. I return to Dr. Hines time and time again because I not only respect him, but his stafff. Tamika has always been professional and relatable. Shes been a pleasure to deal with.
