I'd give zero stars if I could. Just a brutal experience. Just getting an appointment is a brutal - the office seems to have way too many patients. Then once you have have an appointment, there seems to be no respect for the patient's time. We're expected to arrive early to respect the doctor's time, but the respect is not reciprocated. Dr Gustave is a good doctor. However, the office policies are ridiculous. Why does it take 72 hours to get a prescription that I have been taking for years, to be sent to the pharmacy. Not to mention that the pharmacy has made several attempts to get the prescription refilled prior to my calling the office. How does an office policy override a patients health?! His medical assistant is a joke. Not helpful at all! Looking for a new provider.
Is there any doctor, without being a concierge doctor and charging you even more money, that even cares? Rush you in to get you out. $$$$$$ Next….
Malpractice is a guarantee so don’t get settled. Have been trying to refill medication since Monday. Tiana said I would have a call back and resolved by Tuesday morning. It is now Friday. No one answers the phone, online portal, or messages. “D” whomever she maybe in the front office refuses to connect to any doctor, on call emergency doctor, prescription department. Said no doctors work on Friday. The medical person in charge of scripts doesn’t work Friday. Biller doesn’t work Friday.
