Terrible Customer Service Spend your time going to other great stores for childrens clothing. Just Ducky right around the corner has a much better selection and the customer service there is much better. Or drive to Greenville and visit Moppets. I refuse to buy from William and Grace because of their staff. I saw them place a boot on someone's car in their parking lot and refuse to remove it "unless they bought something from their store". Very snooty!
Help for harried grandparents ! I went to this Biltmore Village store seeking gifts for young, out-of-town grandchildren. The store is beautiful, almost strikingly beautiful. They have such a large selection that I needed help making choices, and the staff were good-natured, patient, and very knowledgeable. I bought more than I planned, and I was really happy with what I bought. I wish there were more independent specialty shops like this one.
The Best Children's Store Around! This store is absolutely amazing!! They offer SO many adorable smocked clothing and matching outfits. These are highest quality clothes I have been able to find for my children. The sales staff are exceptional to work with, they know these clothes inside and out!! They have been right on with helping me with sizes. This is a must see. The prices are are very affordable for the quality. I will only dress my children from this store.
CLASS ACT When we lived in Asheville, briefly, I stumbled upon William and Grace. Having been in the business of children's clothing, I found William and Grace, Inc. to be one of the most stunning boutiques, EVER!
