This Doctor is absolutely Terrible!!!! The worst bedside manner I have ever had. Why is it that this terrible Doctor works there!? With that many complaints about this man, the fact that he is still employed is appalling.
My son had an appointment with Dr. Ganz, but I couldn't go with him, so he went alone. My son was born with Hydrocephalus. He has had some great Doctors, but Dr. Ganz is not one of them. He looked at my sons record and told my son he wouldn't waste time helping him and that he should just go home and die, and that he wasn't worth helping. My son came to the hospital to see me after his appointment, he was in tears. I asked what happened and when he told me what Dr. Ganz said to him, I was appalled. I was told my discs were almost gone at age 50, 24 years ago. When I was 61 years old I was in terrible pain with my lower back. Dr Ganz repaired two discs. The next day the pain was completely gone. 12 years later, at 73 years old, I am going strong. Some minor back pain starting, but not slowing me down. If I need more back surgery, I pray to God that Dr Ganz will work on me. He really made my life better in one surgery. Only one bad disc showed up but he thought a second one was bad. He fixed both. Amazing Surgeon.
Was referred to him because some sudden numbness in my leg and pubic area that needed explanation. He showed no concern for my leg having suddenly gone numb and proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes or so lecturing me about my weight. Yes, I am overweight by almost a hundred pounds. I also happen to be in a wheelchair because of spina bifida and suffer from poly cystic ovarian syndrome which can contribute to excessive weight. I had both noted in my paperwork. Always professional and compassionate. Dr. Ganz listens and hears my concerns. He performed a laminectomy and fusion on my back. I am now pain free from previously crippling sciatica. I highly recommend Dr. Ganz and entire staff for quality, compassionate health care.
