love it. New class Pound is awesome
the community here is so special. the childcare givers are some of the most loving women I've ever met. my children feel so safe and cared for. they love going to the Y! which makes it that much easier for me to go - and try to meet my fitness goals. the instructors are inspiring, inviting, approachable. this is the first time in my life I've stayed committed to a fitness program.
william g white is a awesome place to meet friends, enjoy zumba dance and tone, weights hot tub steam room, staff c&c carlotta and constance are amazing, their personality just shines, fiendly to everyone, always smilling faces, no matter what kind of mood you are in when you walk in they lift your spirits, happy you came :) ♥♥
