Terrible experience. He took $8,000 flat fee for an immigration case, he said we needed to hurry. One day after we paid him, we asked for the money back, because we decided we needed an immigration attorney. He said the $8,000 was non-refundable. A month passed and I asked for an update, he had not done anything on the file and sent me the USCIS paperwork to fill out. I returned the paperwork and he delayed filing it for months. He's definitely a good attorney, he probably saved me thousands on my DUI and when I finished my probation he got it all expunged but that was several years ago
Client abandonment issues. Likes to take money and then ghost. Will not send invoices, return calls, emails and pretends to not be in the office .. even when you see him walk in.
