After checking in at the Movement Disorder Clinic of the Neurology Dept. in Scurlock Tower, we were called into a patient exam room to wait for our physician. This became a 50 minute wait, which is unacceptable to us and far below acceptable for an esteemed medical center hospital such as HOU Methodist.
I have been very pleased with Dr. Ondo and his staff. My mom and I both see him. They are always great! We get in without a long wait.That is always nice. They take the time to listen to any issue we might have. A++++
Dr. Ondo and his staff are by far an exceptional team that embodies what healthcare is about. I look forward to my visits.
