When confronted with the loss of a family member, the last thing you need is more uncertainty. It is hard to describe the sense of relief that I felt when Amber from William G. The staff, especially Amber DiCapua, were incredibly compassionate, respectful, and professional. They walked us through every step of the process with patience and grace.
