The most bizarre horrible medical appointment I’ve had in my life and I’m 52. Was rushed, like I was bothering him that I was there. Since the health issues I’m having are diminishing my quality of life, I had my sister with me as a second set of eyes and ears, and this was my first appointment with Raleigh Neurology and w/ Dr Ferrell. My experience with this doctor was terrible. I do not think he has good bedside manners. He did not listen to my concerns and treated patients with disrespect. He would blame a patient when they felt nervous.
Dr. Gabr was on time, patient, thorough, and listened closely (and responded) to my concerns and questions. I've been searching years for a neurologist who is accessible, understanding, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Gabr, without hesitation.
Dr. Yerramsetty is an amazing doctor with very good bedside manners. I was having some anxiety related neurological issues. He heard me well and gave ample time explaining my problems to me and gave reassurance on why I shouldn't be worried. He will be my preferred neurologist if I have to visit again.
Dr. Yarramsetty was kind, patient, answered my questions, and explained my condition clearly and well. He also had a sense of humor, which was greatly appreciated. I never felt like he was talking down to me, and never felt rushed.
I postponed a visit for three months for my husband to see Dr. Bowman rather than his PA. When we arrived, the appointment was with the PA. I explained that the appointment was made specifically with Dr. Bowman. He did come in to see my husband. He is arrogant, rude and dismissive. We will not be returning to that practice.
New patient, entire appointment felt rushed, he wouldn't let me explain my issues, just wanted to prescribe more meds instead of investigating further into the issue. Never introduced himself or said hi. He also kept taking his mask off to talk, which I did not appreciate in a pandemic. Will not be returning.
I see Dr. Glenn for a variety of issues. She is knowledgeable and comforting.
Dr.Y is very caring and friendly. Explained in detail every aspect of my condition relating to sciatica. Recommended next steps. Wait time to get pain meds can be improved. Thank you Dr.Y
