Avery was the BEST! He does great work and is very personable.
I wish I could give a negative rating. They sent a technician twice, but the issue still wasn’t fixed. They claimed the second visit was covered since the problem wasn’t resolved the first time, yet they still billed me $300. The issue was a leaking HVAC, and all that was needed was to replace a bent pipe with a gap. Instead, they tried to sell me a $20k HVAC unit.
