Cannot say enough about how helpful Brian and his team are. Woke up with no heat today and they made sure they did everything they could to get us back up and running as we’re facing single digit temps this week. Our tech, Tom was thorough and helped us understand our system and what it needed to get back up and running and took care of it professionally, quickly, and affordably.

I wish I could give a negative rating. They sent a technician twice, but the issue still wasn’t fixed. They claimed the second visit was covered since the problem wasn’t resolved the first time, yet they still billed me $300. The issue was a leaking HVAC, and all that was needed was to replace a bent pipe with a gap. Instead, they tried to sell me a $20k HVAC unit. We were very pleased with the service by the William Day Company. The staff is very responsive and quickly replaced our hot water heater. We highly recommend their service.
