Dr Austin charged me $300 to read through some emails between my ex and I. Not more than 15 minutes of work yet he charged me for an hour. When at an appointment later he asked me questions that told me he never read them. I asked him directly if he ever read them at all and the charge was reversed. If he won’t even take 15 minutes to read what he charged me to read how can I believe that he is actually invested in the well being of my children.
