Had greenlight laser surgery. After 2 months stats show 2 in 100 develop stri cture and unfortunately I did. For whatever reason you deduct, I didn't feel comfortable having my bladder neck stricture done here. I wanted to see my 1st urologist Dr William Sprinhart do the bladder neck stricture surgery but Dr Flanagan 's nurse told me he doesn't do Bladder neck stricture surgery. Sounds misleading to me. She def discouraged seeing another surgeon without referral Won't be going back.
Highly recommend Dr Flanagan. He was an excellent listener, very empathetic and performed a procedure to treat my issues that has significantly improved my quality of life! He was highly recommended by a trusted friend and I am so thankful to have him ad my Urologist. His staff is also friendly, courteous and efficient!
Well I have been going to the same group of doctors for two years now! Just to find out that the one doctor doesn’t even know what the last doctor you seen said about your last visit! This maybe be something new to anyone who reads this than again I’m probably the last one to find this information out !

I am 67 years old and I have retired from the US Armed Forces (Military) and a Fortune 300 Corporation. I have seem a lot of doctors over the years (Decades) in two careers and in regular retirement. I am given this practice a 3 star rating because the Staff including the Nurse. They gave me Superb service and care but William Francis Flanagan the doctor was a different experience (a bad experience).
