Bill is simply the best there is in the Rivertowns. I'm sure there are lots of fine real estate brokers around, but Bill has a special enthusiasm and passion for people that is rare to find anywhere these days. Bill doesn't just want to sell you a house, he only wants to sell you the right house for you. Incredible experience from our first meeting, brief time on the market and the closing of our sale. Bill and his team were always extremely available and Bill put a great deal of thought into how to best price our home. We immediately had multiple bids and he guided us every step of the way until the close. We were 100% true partners. Cannot give enough stars or recommend Bill Sussman more highly to anyone selling their home in the Rivertowns or looking to buy.

We recently sold our home in Dobbs Ferry with Bill as our realtor. Even though there were several unexpected hiccups in the process (largely related to getting our house up to code with current building requirments), Bill was proactive and involved every step of the way, from our initial meeting to the closing. I highly recommend Bill and his team if you are looking to sell a home in the Rivertowns.

Bill deserves his terrific reputation. Pretty much anyone can list a home these days. But there’s so much more to it than that.
