The carpet has lost of crack and falling apart
There is NO customer service. No email response, neither any response to voice calls or messages! This is before purchase (they sell thru amazon also, so be careful there also), Amazon WILL NOT provide any service to third party fulfillment on orders! This happened before buying anything, imagine what will happen if product happens to be defective! 'negative One Star' is the correct rating!

Called and e-mailed about product issue No response. Ended up going to office and they exchanged product.
Order 2 large coir mats. Wonderful, got here fast exactly what I ordered. I will order again BUT website needs to be more user friendly
