What to look for a Real Estate Attorney to help us get some contracts written up for our business, The attitude of the attorney came of a little rude, he said he was not a hungry attorney which made me feel like he didn’t want our business after talking for a while longer he said he would do the contracts for 1500.00. Long story short went to another Law Office and was told they could write contracts for 300.00 - 500.00 dollar!!!! For not being a hungry attorney he sure was going to charge a lot ..

We had our "free" 30 minute consultation back in February. We went over our financial situation, income, etc. We were told that the filing fee was $2500 kept in a trust and that more than likely at the end there would be a few hundred left given back to us. We don't have a business, this was just a regular chapter 7. After all was said and done they sent us bill after eating up the trust for another $457! We were nickeled and dimed every month for clerical and phone calls having the secretary call us and charge for calls. I'... read more
