Very friendly and professional. Felt like a person, not just a number.
He knows what he's doing!! Staff is awesome too!!
I went in for my initial appointment and he also addressed my other concerns right then and there. Froze a dry spot I was concerned about and also removed a few moles on my face in the same appointment!
The other Google reviews about Dr. Cothern being "quick" are definitely true, but in my experience that is partially why I am leaving such a negative review. The theme of my feedback is that it always felt like Dr. Cothern was so eager to leave the room after the examination. I can not remember him asking me if I had any further questions before leaving (and I definitely always did!). I have privately emailed his office two examples of where I experienced this.
