Drives a Hummer and can not drive the posted speed limit! Driving down 216 today and doing 5 to 15mph below the speed limit.. Being sure to slow down when the vehicle would speed up while going down hills. Is this they type of person you want doing work on your property! It's clear from his current 3.9 rating that he doesn't care about others..
