I am a nurse in a jail trying to get a inmate a appointment. Elizabeth was by far the rudest person in my 25+ years of nursing I have spoken with trying to make a appointment. If you don't want to see inmates just say that in the beginning. I am not offended by that but am by the unprofessionalism of the conversation and the slamming down of the phone.
