WONT answer or return phone calls. Found out that they cancelled my long standing insurance policy without a phone call or email. They continued to auto withdraw for our auto insurance but stop auto with drawl with our home owners policy. They told me that they "MAILED" a letter that I have never received. How can respectful insurance company cancel your policy with out notifying you. STAY AWAY
