Dr Faught saved my life in 2004. After an other dr almost killed me. And since than I’ve had 4 surgeries all done by him. I would never go to a different surgeon. He’s amazing as is his office!
A class act from staff to Dr Faught. Thorough, caring and answered all my questions.
The customer service was and is horrible. If the doc is anything like his schedulers. Unorganized, unprofessional, no compassion. I was discarded like trash and dismissed like I did not have any worth. Maybe it was God's way of telling me I needed to find someone else because dr faught would have botched the procedure. Time will tell. I hope I'm the only one being treated like this. God bless you ladies in his scheduling office at surgical specialists.
