This was first time with Kaiser Permanente and first time in a couple years seeing a doctor. Dr. Towne was great. I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable with him. He was very understanding and I felt no pressure from him at all. Great experience. Also I am most appreciative of the service from nurse Takia. Her aura was amazing and helped calm all my nerves.
