I was told to call back today. Monday December 15th and I’ve called 5-6 different times and have left a voicemail each and every time. I’m trying to get my bill resolved and set up some kind of payment arrangement. I’m not sure why the receptionist isn’t picking up? I have 2 small children who depend on me and another one on the way. Never got served paperwork to show up on zoom for court meeting apparently. So they just start garnishing my check

IM NOT SURE HOW TO START THIS REVIEW. I SWEAR THIS BILL HAS BEEN PAID X 2. HOWEVER, IT KEEPS GOING N GOING FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. FEELS A LITTLE a little shady. People are correct, nobody answers the phone. I have tried many times making a payment. Nobody returns calls. Rarely. I'm trying to work with these people. They need to return calls. They need to leave messages. I understand you guys have a job to do. Called customer service. Why be rude to the ones actually trying here.
