I miss Ms Mumford. She took the time to listen about, and really considered, my health needs. She was very caring and supportive. Now that she is gone, I feel unheard. My care plan is decided without asking for my input. The nursing staff do their work well. They make me feel welcomed every visit.
Dr.D is very caring and never too hurried to listen to your concerns and offer the best solutions. Also everyone working there are compassionate and helpful at each visit. I never have to wait long at all. He doesn't carry a computer around but remembers me and my problem. Really enjoy my appointments.
I've been going to Dr Durrett for 10 years now. And I do recommend Nova wellness for sure. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. He's quick but sufficient. He listens and he cares.
Very friendly staff. The treatments are always helpful.
