I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment on 8/14/2026 and had already completed the online registration. For the next hour and 50 minutes I was told, only 5 more minutes or, you’re next. The check in staff told me there was a computer glitch or something but many others who checked in long after I did were called back one after the other. I had a very good experience. I was expecting to wait at least a month for an appointment. To my surprise I got one the same day.
The treatment of my injury by Dr. Carpenter has been excellent. He is very attentive and has great doctor/patient manner. I had several concerns and he managed to handle things thoroughly.
