I live in the Edgewood Townes in Easley, SC. The townhouses were built by Ryan Homes, and it is very evident from the 18 months that I have lived here that William Douglas is a property management company, but the manage the property for Ryan Homes, not for the homeowners. I lived in a very nice subdivision in Easley for 18 years, and there the homeowners WERE the HOA, not a management company.
