Great doctor. Very nice and took lots of time to find right med to make me feel good again.
Worst experience. Doctor does not get back to you, test after test and doesn’t follow up to give you results. Constantly calling in for staff to not know anything and be completely lost. But yet they can keep up charging your insurance for consults that are pointless. Won’t even prescribe medicine just tells you to continue over the counter meds that do nothing for you. Rated one star because that’s the minimum allowed. Stay away, you’ll waste months and get no where.
I was searching for an excellent gastroenterologist and came across Dr. William DiSanti after extensive research online. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The prep was actually easy. Just Miralax and Gatorade. My consult and procedure were quick, painless and no after side affects. I was in and out within an hour. My follow up was great. He was very kind, personable and attentive to my worry. He was so calming. I would recommend him highly, he is excellent! Dr. DiSanti is the best doctor!!
Extremely nice, explains everything you need to know, very open and honest. Definitely cares about his patients health.
